Accessing Analytics
- Click Analytics in the main navigation
- View the overview dashboard
- Drill down into specific reports
Dashboard Overview
Key Metrics
Active Learners Number of learners who accessed content in the last 30 days.
Course Completions Total courses completed this month vs. previous month.
Average Completion Rate Percentage of enrolled learners who finish courses.
Average Quiz Score Mean score across all quizzes.
Activity Graph
Visual timeline showing:
- Daily active learners
- Enrollments over time
- Completions over time
Toggle between 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range.
Course Leaderboard
Top performing courses by:
- Completion rate
- Enrollment count
- Learner satisfaction
Report Types

- Enrollment trends
- Completion funnel
- Drop-off points
- Content engagement (time spent per lesson)
Learner Reports
- Individual progress
- Quiz performance

Exporting Data
Download reports for offline analysis or integration with other tools.
- Navigate to any report
- Click Export (top right)
- Choose format:
- CSV — Raw data for spreadsheets
- PDF — Formatted report for sharing
- Click Download
Scheduled Reports
Receive reports automatically via email.
- Go to Analytics → Scheduled Reports
- Click + New Report
- Configure:
- Report type
- Recipients (email addresses)
- Frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Delivery time
- Click Save
Filtering Data
All reports support filtering:
- Date Range — Custom time period
- Course — Specific course or all courses
- Learner Group — Teams, departments, cohorts
- Status — Active, completed, dropped
Understanding Metrics
Completion Rate
(Learners who completed / Total enrolled) × 100
A healthy completion rate is 70%+. Below 50% may indicate:
- Course is too long
- Content isn't engaging
- Technical issues
Engagement Score
Combines:
- Login frequency
- Time spent
- Quiz participation
- Resource downloads
Higher scores indicate active, engaged learners.
Drop-off Rate
Where learners stop progressing. High drop-off at a specific lesson may indicate:
- Confusing content
- Technical problems
- Content too difficult
