Manage your plan, payment methods, and invoices.

Plans Overview

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. See your current plan and usage
  3. View next billing date

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review prorated charges
  5. Click Confirm Upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. Review what you'll lose access to
  5. Click Confirm Downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to all features until then.

Payment Methods

Add a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details
  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on your current method
  3. Update details
  4. Click Save

Remove Payment Method

You must have at least one active payment method on file.

Invoices

View Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. See all past invoices
  3. Click any invoice to view details

Download Invoice

  1. Click on an invoice
  2. Click Download PDF

Invoice Emails

Invoices are automatically emailed to the billing contact. To change:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Contact
  2. Update the email address
  3. Click Save

Annual Billing

Save with annual payment (2 months free).

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Switch to Annual
  3. Review the annual price
  4. Click Confirm

To switch back to monthly, contact support@unicourse.io.

Cancellation

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why (optional)
  4. Click Confirm Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Learners retain access until end of billing period
  • Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted
  • You can reactivate anytime within 30 days

Reactivate

If you cancelled recently:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription
  3. Confirm your payment method
  4. Click Reactivate

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@unicourse.io
  2. Include your account email
  3. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Tax Information

Tax Exemption

If your organization is tax-exempt:

  1. Email support@unicourse.io
  2. Attach your exemption certificate
  3. We'll update your account within 2 business days

VAT (EU Customers)

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Tax Information
  2. Enter your VAT ID
  3. Click Validate

Valid VAT IDs apply reverse-charge (no VAT on invoice).
